The ideal weather for a butterfly release needs to be at least 67 degrees, in addition to being sunny outside. This is very important for a successful butterfly release. Read more butterfly release instructions »

  • Pick Release Date

    Specify which date your release will take place. We have additional fee ($15) for Sunday and Monday releases due to delivery costs.

    Pick the day of your release in the field below. IMPORTANT: Is your butterfly release event on a Monday or Tuesday?

    • If your butterfly release event is on a Monday you will get your butterflies on the Saturday before. FEDEX (our shipper) is closed on Sunday and we have no other way to get you your butterflies on Sunday.
    • If your butterfly release event is on a Tuesday you will be receiving your butterflies on the event date. FEDEX (our shipper) is closed on Sunday, it goes against our code of ethics to let the butterflies sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

    We will ship your butterflies for release on Monday and you get them on Tuesday by 10:30am as long as that is the estimated delivery time by FEDEX.
